What is Thought Re-framing?
Thought re-framing is a simple process that starts with of you talking about your story with all of its concerns, frustrations, sadness and dreams. I listen and repeat the story back to you from a different perspective. I consistently hear people say they see their life differently when we finish. Einstein said, “We can‘t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
At one time I thought of this process as coaching. If you play tennis, golf or baseball you can be an expert in that field. Then you can coach others to follow the same techniques ans they become better in the chosen sport.
Life Coaching is different because I don’t know anyone that is a master of life and expert of life. Since 1978 I have listened to clients and twisted and turned the story like a kaleidoscope until my client saw their problem in a different way. When we see our problem differently we see our own answers. We become our own coach.
When that mountain of problems moves and you can see what you desire I will share with you techniques to create a life you dream.
