Would your life change for the best if you strive to be your best- self? I believe so, Sky Blue is my best- self, the person I desire to be on this walk through life and each year I am striving to show more of Sky Blue’s character. My belief is that each of us should name the part of our self that displays who we are at our best and make friends with him or her. However it is vital that we never but down the piece of us that is growing and living in the world. Your best self does not like a bully, and does not like you to talk in a negative way to the part of you that is learning. When Jane and Sky Blue like and respect each other life works the best for me. How would your life change if you started being kinder to yourself? We are all doing our best but that doesn’t mean we can’t get better. If you start to live life with joy and look at life as if it is an adventure you become more resilient to stress. That makes you healthier and happier. We become our best self.
Sky Blue Resilience
Sky Blue Resilience can make your life better. Three very talented people have joined me in creating some amazing new programs. You can read all about Marcia Tank, Mark Lakowske and John Zimmer on my website www.janegovoni.com. We are putting together a show on you-tube, a blog where you can send us any question and we will answer it from 4 very different perspectives. There is going to be a resilience training class for adults that will be filled will be filled with laughter and fun and Mind Wizardry for kids. You can even get a certification in resilience. Rather than a stress management certification this training is designed to make you so resilient that stress doesn’t matter.
On Tuesday December 6th at 6 p.m. I will be speaking and signing books at the Oxford library and on Thursday December 8th at 2 p.m I will be speaking at the Dells library.
Have a good week and be so resilient that you can bounce over whatever stress happens on your path.
